The standard for copper and copper alloy welding wires (GB/T 9460-2008) specifies the classification, model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificate of copper and copper alloy solid welding wires and filler wires. This standard applies to solid copper and copper alloy welding wires and filler wires (hereinafter referred to as welding wires) for welding purposes such as gas shielded arc welding, tungsten gas shielded arc welding, gas welding, and plasma arc welding.
