Special flux cored wire for mixer welding

The PK-ZH series is a special flux cored wire for internal welding of internal mixers. The welding wire is protected by pure CO2 or mixed gas (80% argon + 20% carbon dioxide gas). The deposited metal is a high chromium cast iron alloy with high resistance to low stress abrasive wear and heat and corrosion resistance. Since such alloys tend to have large cracks, the cracks can generally be reduced by preheating and post-heat treatment of the workpiece, and the crack rate can be reduced by adding a stainless steel wire to the transition layer.

Uses: Mainly used for surfacing welding of internal walls, rotors, top bolts and other parts of the mixer.
