Flux cored wire for bottoming transition layer of high chromium cast iron parts

Description: This type of flux-cored wire is used as a primer layer for high-chromium cast iron parts before hardfacing. The wire deposited metal has high strength and good toughness and plasticity, which not only improves the bonding strength with the substrate, but also effectively prevents the crack of the hardfacing layer from extending to the substrate. The wire has excellent crack resistance due to the addition of special elements such as rare earth.

Uses: It is used in the transition layer before the wear-resistant layer of power plant coal mill roller, cement plant grinding disc and grinding roller.
